His vision and commitment have enabled the organization’s expansion over more than four decades, positioning it as a benchmark in the logistics and foreign trade sector.

Currently, he serves as Alternate Legal Representative and is part of the holding’s executive leadership team, actively participating in strategic decision-making for group companies such as JDCM, REPCIF, RIS, and RIV.

Managing Director of MAP CARGO SAS since 2019, having previously held positions such as Deputy General Manager, Sales Director, Operations Director, and Management Assistant. Main window with Nippon Express Holdings, a globally recognized Japanese multinational company represented by Map Cargo since 1999 and a ahreholder since 2011, leading the integration and business development process.

Industrial Engineer with more than 27 years of experience in international logistics and freight forwarding, with extensive knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework of the industry.

Currently serving as Deputy General Manager, leading operations with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and profitability maximization through the management of high-performance teams of more than 100 employees.

She has experience in strategic planning, new business development, and operational transformation through technological solutions. Diego Philip Condia Barón has served as Compliance Officer since 2021, leading the structuring and consolidation of the SIPLA, SARLAFT, and PTEE systems. His management has contributed to strengthening regulatory compliance and risk management, generating value in the achievement of the organization’s strategic, mission-critical, and operational objectives through the incorporation of technological solutions, data analytics, and the development of training and awareness strategies aimed at promoting business ethics and a strong culture of compliance.

His academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Compliance, Fraud, and Anti-Money Laundering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the Catholic University of San Antonio of Murcia, as well as a Specialization in Compliance and Risk Management from Externado University of Colombia. He is also trained as an Economist and Business Administrator, enabling him to provide a strategic, financial, and operational perspective in decision-making.

He has further strengthened his professional profile through specialized training in SARLAFT, SAGRILAFT, PTEE, corporate compliance, and business continuity at institutions such as the University of Antioquia, University of La Sabana, Pontifical Xavierian University, Sergio Arboleda University, and Central University

She serves as a key link between senior management and operations, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and the generation of value for investors and clients.

He has led teams and departments in accounting, treasury, accounts receivable, fixed assets, taxation, and billing, ensuring the company’s financial strength, liquidity, and sustainability.

He has extensive experience in auditing, tax management and planning, financial analysis, strategic planning, and budget management, focused on resource optimization, cost control, and profitability improvement. He is recognized for the structuring and presentation of reliable and timely financial information under IFRS standards issued by the IASB, supporting senior management at both national and international levels in decision-making processes and compliance with obligations before public and private entities.

He currently serves as Operations Director, overseeing the comprehensive management of import and export shipments, as well as ocean, air, and ground operations, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and compliance throughout the logistics chain.

He has led multidisciplinary teams of more than 50 employees, optimizing operational processes, transit times, and service levels through the monitoring of key performance indicators and the implementation of continuous improvement practices. His management approach is focused on standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency, contributing to cost optimization and the strengthening of service quality.

He has extensive experience in structuring complex logistics operations, coordinating with international stakeholders, and consolidating reliable operations, as well as information engineering projects

She is responsible for the technical, corrective, and strategic leadership of management systems, ensuring that they not only prevent risks but also organize, optimize, and strengthen the organization by integrating quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, supply chain security, and personal data protection components, while ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. In this capacity, she serves as BASC Representative, promoting prevention, self-control, and continuous improvement.

She provides the company’s leadership with a systemic approach based on risk management and continuous improvement, supporting decision-making, business continuity, and organizational sustainability. She has solid experience in certifications, audits, deviation management, and improvement plans under standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, BASC, and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), as well as knowledge of GMP, GAP, CCAA, and INVIMA regulations applicable to the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors
